Angela brings over 15 years of experience in the healthcare and insurance industry, having served in a key role with Blue Cross and Blue Shield. During her tenure, she worked closely with doctors, medical staff, and patients to coordinate insurance needs, referrals, and service authorizations. She became a trusted voice for both providers and policyholders, known for her calm professionalism, problem-solving skills, and her ability to explain complex systems with clarity and care.

Later, Angela transitioned into residential property management, where she served as a Leasing Consultant and Front Desk Manager. In this role, she handled incoming inquiries, processed housing applications, and helped match individuals and families with their ideal living spaces. At Doopa’s House of Care, Angela serves as the Director of Information & Guest Relations, providing part-time HR support during hiring periods, and acting as the lead point of contact for all incoming calls. Whether assisting applicants or answering questions from patients and caregivers, Angela is the voice of welcome—ensuring that every caller receives warmth, clarity, and the support they need.
